Aisha N. Braveboy, the Democratic Nominee for Prince George's County Executive, has named transition co-chairs, a steering committee, and advisory committees to address critical areas of governance, public engagement, and community services.

TRANSITION COMMITTEES
Braveboy Administration 2025
We formed committees to focus on key aspects of governance, public engagement, and community services. During the initial transition phase, almost 400 residents volunteered to take on advisory roles until the certification of the June 3rd General Election results.

Intergovernmental Relations and Municipal Alliances
This committee will focus on strengthening collaboration between Prince George’s County and its municipal, state, federal, and regional partners.
This committee will assess the current correctional facilities, reentry programs, and services supporting individuals transitioning back into the community after incarceration.
Public Engagement, Customer Service, and Constituent Services Delivery
This committee is focused on strengthening how Prince George’s County government serves and engages with its residents.
