This committee evaluates Prince George’s County government’s fiscal health, administrative structure, and operational efficiency.
It will review current budgeting practices, identify opportunities for transparency and equity in resource allocation, and recommend improvements to government structure to ensure accountability, responsiveness, and streamlined service delivery.
The committee will also explore ways to modernize county operations through innovation, technology, and best governance practices.
