Dr. Joy Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of High-Quality Care Nursing, Inc., and also the co-owner of Metro Points Hotel in New Carrollton, Maryland. As the Chief Executive of High-Quality Care Nursing, Inc., with the goal of providing excellent home care services, she plays a crucial role in managing and directing the operational management of the company to ensure her staff provide high-quality patient care. 
 

Born in Nigeria, and a resident of Prince George’s County, Maryland, Dr. Davis is responsible for strategic planning, financial management, operational oversight, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes. Dr. Davis navigates complex regulations, manage staff, and work closely with the
healthcare providers, stakeholders, and government agencies to promote positive health outcomes for patients and communities. As the healthcare industry continues to evolve, her role is increasingly important in ensuring High-Quality Care Nursing, Inc., remain competitive, financially viable, and provide effective and efficient care. He
leadership and decision-making skills has been critical in addressing the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare year after year.
 

Dr. Davis received both her master’s degree and bachelor’s in public administration from the University of Benin Nigeria, and healthcare certification, from University of District of Columbia, also Doctorate in Religious Studies from College Network.  Dr Davis is currently enrolled with Harvard Business School (HBS) For (Competing in
the Age of AI .
