Public Engagement, Customer Service, and Constituent Services Delivery
This committee is focused on strengthening how Prince George’s County government serves and engages with its residents.
It will evaluate current customer service practices across departments and recommend improvements to make services more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly. In addition, the committee will explore innovative strategies for public engagement, ensuring that all communities, including those historically underrepresented, have meaningful opportunities to participate in government decision-making.
With a focus on transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, this committee will help build a stronger, more connected relationship between residents and the county government.
